1. About Reliable Gala

Reliable Gala is a Wire & Cable Manufacturer and India’s First Manufacturer-to-Retailer (M2R) business based in Delhi, India.

We deal in wires, cables and related electrical products under our brands, including:

• MONGIA — Premium Series

• R.K. LITE — Value Series

• ECOFLEX — Eco Series

Our website is primarily intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions with retailers, dealers, distributors, contractors and other business customers.

2. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information, product descriptions, images, specifications and prices displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.

However, product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography, packaging or screen settings.

Specifications, packaging, availability and other product details may be changed or updated by Reliable Gala without prior notice.

3. Product Prices

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in:

• Copper and aluminium prices

• PVC and other material costs

• Manufacturing costs

• Government taxes or duties

The applicable price for an order will be the price confirmed by Reliable Gala at the time of order acceptance.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, applicable GST and other statutory charges may be charged separately as per prevailing law.

4. Orders

An order placed through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order shall be considered confirmed only after Reliable Gala accepts the order and confirms product availability and applicable pricing.

Reliable Gala reserves the right to accept, reject or partially fulfil an order due to:

• Pricing errors

• Technical errors

• Payment issues

• Manufacturing constraints

• Unforeseen circumstances

• Any other legitimate business reason

In case an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer through the original or an appropriate payment method.

5. Payment Terms

Payments may be made through the payment methods made available on the website, including online banking, UPI, debit/credit cards or other supported payment methods.

For certain B2B orders, Reliable Gala may require advance payment or partial/full payment before production or dispatch.

An order will not be considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received and verified.

All payments must be made through authorised payment channels provided by Reliable Gala.

6. Payment Gateway / Net Banking

Where online payment or net banking facilities are available, payments may be processed through third-party payment gateway or banking service providers.

Reliable Gala does not store customers’ internet banking passwords, UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs or other confidential banking credentials.

Customers should never share their banking passwords, OTPs, PINs or other confidential payment information with any person claiming to represent Reliable Gala.

7. Delivery & Dispatch

Reliable Gala will make reasonable efforts to dispatch confirmed orders within the estimated delivery/dispatch period communicated to the customer.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

• Order quantity

• Product availability

• Manufacturing requirements

• Customer location

• Transport availability

• Weather conditions

• Government restrictions

• Force majeure events

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Any delivery date or timeline provided by Reliable Gala is an estimated timeline unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Risk associated with transportation may pass according to the applicable invoice, shipping terms and agreed commercial terms.

8. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the goods and packaging upon delivery.

Any visible shortage, damage or transportation-related issue should be reported to Reliable Gala as soon as reasonably possible, preferably with photographs/videos and relevant delivery documentation.

Claims relating to shortages or transit damage may require supporting evidence for verification.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production, processing or dispatch, subject to approval by Reliable Gala.

Once an order has entered production, has been customised, packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

For customised, private-label, OEM or specially manufactured products, cancellation terms may be different and will be communicated separately.

10. Return & Replacement

Products supplied by Reliable Gala are generally intended for B2B/commercial use.

Returns or replacements will be considered in cases such as:

• Manufacturing defect

• Incorrect product supplied

• Material shortage

• Product damage attributable to transit, subject to verification

The customer should notify Reliable Gala within a reasonable period after receiving the goods.

Products must not have been used, modified, damaged or improperly handled where a return or replacement is requested.

Return/replacement approval is subject to inspection and verification by Reliable Gala.

11. Refund Policy

Where a refund is approved, the refund amount will normally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate payment method.

The processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

Any applicable deductions, statutory charges, transaction charges or other legitimate adjustments may be made where permitted by applicable law and the agreed commercial terms.

12. Product Warranty

Where a specific product carries a manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty will be subject to the applicable product-specific warranty terms.

Warranty does not normally cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation

• Improper use

• Overloading

• Physical damage

• Mishandling

• Improper storage

• Modification or alteration

• Normal wear and tear

• Use contrary to product specifications

Customers should follow the applicable product specifications, installation requirements and safety instructions.

13. GST & Invoicing

GST invoices will be issued where applicable in accordance with Indian tax laws.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information, including:

• Legal business name

• Billing address

• GSTIN, where applicable

• Shipping address

• Contact information

Reliable Gala will not be responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

14. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete information while placing an order or registering on the website.

• Name/business name

• Mobile number

• Email address

• Billing address

• Shipping address

• GSTIN

• Other information required for order processing and invoicing

15. Privacy & Data Protection
