CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed through the Reliable Gala website, www.reliablegala.in.
Reliable Gala is a Wire & Cable Manufacturer and India’s First Manufacturer-to-Retailer (M2R) business based in Delhi, India. As our products may be manufactured, processed or packed specifically according to customer requirements, cancellation of orders is subject to the terms below.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Reliable Gala through the contact details provided on our website.
Cancellation requests should be made before the order enters production, processing, packing or dispatch.
An order cancellation will become effective only after it has been confirmed by Reliable Gala.
2. Cancellation After Order Confirmation
Once an order has been confirmed, Reliable Gala may begin procurement, production, processing or packaging activities.
If the customer requests cancellation after such activities have started, Reliable Gala may accept or reject the cancellation request depending on the status of the order and costs already incurred.
Any applicable refund will be determined after reviewing the order and applicable commercial terms.
3. Orders Under Production
Orders that have already entered the manufacturing or production process may generally not be cancelled.
This is particularly applicable to:

Customised products
-
OEM/private-label products
-
Special specifications
-
Special packaging
-
Made-to-order products
-
Products manufactured specifically for the customer
4. Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, the customer may not cancel the order through the normal cancellation process.
Any return, replacement or refund request after dispatch will be handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, applicable product terms and the circumstances of the case.
5. Advance Payment
Certain orders may require advance or full payment before production or dispatch.
If the customer requests cancellation after Reliable Gala has incurred costs for raw materials, production, customised manufacturing, packaging or other order-related activities, the advance amount may not be fully refundable.
The applicable refund, if any, will be determined based on the order status and actual circumstances.
6. Cancellation by Reliable Gala
Reliable Gala reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

Product unavailability

Incorrect pricing displayed on the website

Technical or system error

Payment verification failure

Suspicious or potentially fraudulent transaction

Inability to deliver to the specified location

Manufacturing or supply constraints

Incorrect customer information

Violation of website Terms & Conditions

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If Reliable Gala cancels an order for which payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
7. How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, customers should contact Reliable Gala as soon as possible and provide:

Reason for cancellation

Payment/transaction reference, where applicable
Cancellation requests will be reviewed by our team and confirmation will be provided.
8. Refund After Cancellation
Where a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, Reliable Gala will normally initiate the eligible refund within 7 business days after approval.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s bank account or payment method may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
Refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method.
9. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders may generally not be cancelled once processing or production has started:

OEM orders

Private-label orders
-
Customised orders
-
Made-to-order products
-
Products manufactured according to special customer specifications

Orders already packed or dispatched
Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or incorrectly supplied by Reliable Gala.
10. Changes to Orders
Requests to change product specifications, quantity, colour, size, packaging, delivery address or other order details should be made as early as possible.
Once production or processing has started, changes may not be possible.
Any additional cost resulting from an approved change may be payable by the customer.
11. Fraudulent or Unauthorised Orders
Reliable Gala reserves the right to cancel or hold orders where a transaction appears to be fraudulent, unauthorised, suspicious or inconsistent with applicable laws or our Terms & Conditions.
Any refund in such circumstances will be handled after appropriate verification and in accordance with applicable law.
12. Force Majeure
Reliable Gala shall not be responsible for cancellation, delay or inability to fulfil an order caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, riots, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, supply-chain disruptions, raw-material shortages, power failures or other unforeseen circumstances.
13. Policy Changes
Reliable Gala reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any revised policy will be published on the website with the updated effective date.
